1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Unique Fashion. By accessing our website, browsing our collections, placing an order, or purchasing boutique apparel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Return & Refund Policy.
2. Live Product Catalog & Pricing
All products showcased on our digital boutique are genuine, authentic creations curated by Unique Fashion. Prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳) inclusive of applicable local duties. We reserve the right to revise catalog offerings, availability, and prices without prior notice; however, completed orders will always be honored at the confirmed checkout price.
3. Standard Delivery Timeline
We provide reliable nationwide shipping across all 64 districts in Bangladesh with the following standard delivery timelines:
Inside Dhaka Metropolitan
Delivery within 2 to 3 Days
Handled via dedicated city courier partners (৳80 • Free over ৳5,000).
Outside Dhaka (Nationwide)
Delivery within 4 to 6 Days
Reliable dispatch to all districts and upazilas via express courier (৳150).
4. Return & Refund Policy (7 Working Days Timeline)
We strive for absolute satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your ready-to-wear piece, you may request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery. Once the item is inspected and approved at our boutique, your refund will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method. 5. Third-Party Advertisements & Customer Information Responsibility
Third-Party Advertisements: Unique Fashion maintains an uncompromised, boutique brand environment and does not permit third-party advertising banners, sponsored popups, or external ad scripts on this platform. If the merchant ever allows or hosts any third-party advertisement or referral link, it shall be the sole responsibility of the merchant.
Customer Information Protection: Customer confidentiality and privacy are strictly safeguarded. Unique Fashion does not sell, trade, or distribute patron data to external marketing vendors. If the merchant shares any customer information with any third party (such as necessary courier logistics partners for package delivery), it is handled under strict non-disclosure obligations and shall be the sole responsibility of the merchant.
6. Payment Security & Gateways
Online acquisitions are processed securely using PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways with 256-bit SSL encryption. We support bKash, Nagad, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Internet Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). We never record or store sensitive card verification codes (CVV) or bank authentication PINs.
